Yes, absolutely. We are a professional chocolate business. At Chocolate Events, chocolate is not a sideline to a food or catering business. Unlike others, we do not operate from our house or do fountains on the side. We do nothing but chocolate from our Paso Robles store. We have passed annual environmental and health inspections--as any licensed food service business must--and have a valid business license.
